Accra Hearts of Oak struggle of the team is not results as salaries – Frank Nelson

Accra Hearts of Oak Board member, Frank Nelson has stated Hearts of Oak poor recent performance are not due to salary problems.

The Phobians are having a very horrible season in the maiden edition of this BetPawa Premier League after loosing their last three matches.

Accra Hearts of Oak are currently found 8th on the league table 8th on the league table with 45 points and with two games to end the season.

He said: “It has nothing to do with finances in terms as the club directors are being concerned. Enough of finances being pumped into club. No player can stand up that he is being owed any salary. That’s a big plus to Accra Hearts of Oak. In terms of playing body and technical, we need to have patience and wait for the season to end. Two more games to go, let’s see how it goes.”

Accra Hearts of Oak will host Real Tamale United in their next BetPawa Premier League game at the Accra Sports Stadium.
