Asante Kotoko coach hails Frank Etouga Mbella after hat trick against Accra Lions

Asante Kotoko head coach Dr Prosper Nartey Ogum has applauded his striker Frank Mbella after an incredible display in the event against Accra Lions on Saturday in the Ghana Premier League.

Kotoko eased past Accra Lions with a 3-1 win at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.

The Cameroonian forward scored a hat trick in the game to ensure the Porcupine Warriors extended their lead on top of the table.

His three goals in the game took him to 11 goals in the ongoing campaign as he currently leads the goal king chart.

Speaking to StarTimes after the game, Kotoko coach Dr Prosper Narteh Ogum said “You know him already He is a super player. I don’t know what to tell him. Congratulations to him”

The Cameroonian footballer was adjudged Man of the Match after the game.

“I am very happy to score hat trick again. Thank you to my team, technical team, management team and everyone. I enjoy the win, time to prepare and focus on the Hearts of Oak game”, Mbella told StarTimes after picking the man of the match award.
