Kingsford Sumana Bagbin has scolded the authority of the House to stop from pulling shocks on him.

His watchfulness comes after the Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta showed up in Parliament and moved a movement for the House to consider on the dubious Electronic Transaction Levy (E-demand) Bill.
