Check what Gideon Mensah said about Ghana after signing a three year deal with a French club
AJ Auxerre and Gideon Mensah have agreed to a three-year contract.

The defender, who played for Bordeaux during the 2021–2022 season, is now back in France.
Mensah began his career with Red Bull Salzburg in 2017, and since then, he has spent time on loan at Sturm Graz, Zulte Waregem, Vitória Sport Clube, and Bordeaux.
Joy Sports has confirmed from sources close to the player that Reading, Preston North End, and Gaziantepspor all shown interest in signing the 24-year-old this summer. The left-back, however, decided to relocate to France.
In 23 games for Bordeaux last season, the Ghanaian recorded 2 assists.

Before signing the contract, Mensah completed his Auxerre medical exams on Friday.
For the first time in ten years, Auxerre was promoted back to Ligue 1, and Mensah is their ninth acquisition of the season.
