The 29-year-old fixed his transition to rejoin the Porcupine Warriors on Tuesday after he pen down a two-year deal which will be reported when the transfer window is open by the football mother body GFA.
Blay played his last game for Medeama SC last Monday against AshantiGold SC in Ghana Premier League as his contract got expired on that very day.
The profoundly appraised player spent the 2019/2020 season on loan at Kotoko where he became fans most loved after his marvelous exhibitions.
Blay played 17 matches in all rivalries in the Red shirt and scored two times including the main goal when Kotoko beat bitterest rivals 2-1 in the league in Accra.
The midfielder got back to Medeama in June 2020 after his loan spell reached a conclusion at Kotoko. He played 19 games and scored 3 goals in the past season.
Blay feature 7 times and scored once for Medeama in the Ghana Premier League this season.
He will join his new colleagues once the second window opens in February and will be available for selection to face Hearts in the Super Clash on 20 February 2022 at the Accra Sports Stadium.
