Techiman Eleven Wonders have announced the appointment of Dr. Stephen Appiagyie Donkor as the club’s new executive chairman.
Dr Appiagyie, who is the owner of Gifas group of companies and Globe TV in Techiman, has taken over the role to run the day to day affairs of the club.
Speaking to the press, Dr Appiagyie said “I have been helping eleven wonders from afar, but this is the time that I have come on the frontline to help rescue Wonders from going back to Division one.”
“I will do my best as the new director of the club to help the team move out of relegation zone for a better position in the league and also identify new ways to bring supporters together to help achieve our success.”
Dr Appiagyie has extended the contract of coach Prince George Koffie for the rest of the season after taken over the new job.
Eleven Wonders are currently 17th on the 2022/23 Ghana Premier league log.
