Ex-Ghanaian boss CK Akonnor land himself a new Coaching job in South African Premier league

Ex Ghana captain and Coach Charles Akonnor has landed a new job following his dismissal as Black Stars head coach in September last year.
The GFA showed Akonnor the exit door after handling two matches in the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualification campaign.
His contract was terminated after the Black Stars’ 1-0 loss to South Africa in Johannesburg.
But, AmaZulu, who are currently on the ninth position in the Premier League Soccer, are convinced that CK Akonnor can lead them to a successful end.

After sacking the head coach Bennie Mcarthy, AmaZulu opted for CK Akonnor. CK has been named coach of South African club AmaZulu FC on a three-year contract, according to report.
CK will be hoping to turn the club’s fortunes and he is expected to move to South Africa in the coming days to begin his work.
Akonnor managed the two biggest team in Ghana Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak. He also coached AshantiGold who pride themselves as the third biggest after Kotoko and Hearts before landing himself the Black Stars job.
