Hearts of Oak Winger Leaves Fans in Suspense as Future Hangs in the Balance

Salifu Ibrahim, the talented winger currently playing for Hearts of Oak, has recently shared an update regarding his future at the club as his contract draws closer to its expiration date.

Ibrahim, who joined the Phobians from Techiman Eleven Wonders in 2021, still has approximately one year remaining on his existing contract with the team.

Initially, there were reports suggesting that Ibrahim had no intentions of prolonging his stay with the Ghanaian giants beyond the end of his contract.

However, during an interview with Kessben, the player expressed a positive outlook, providing a glimmer of hope for Phobian fans regarding a possible contract extension.

“I still have a contract with Hearts of Oak. We are still in talks, so everything will be fine. They (the fans) shouldn’t worry. Everything will be fine,” Ibrahim reassured.

When pressed for further details, he added, “I still have a contract with Hearts of Oak. My contract hasn’t expired.”

Having finished the previous season in 12th place with 46 points, Hearts of Oak aims for a more successful campaign in the upcoming season, and Ibrahim remains hopeful of contributing to their future endeavors.
