The Cameroonian striker Franck Mbella Etouga is attracting interest from overseas with his performances for Asante Kotoko in the Ghana Premier League.
Per reports coming from France, several clubs in France, including Stade Rennais, have shown interest in the hot cake striker.
Etouga has been phenomenal in his debut in the Ghanaian top-flight having joined the Porcupine Warriors from Fortuna du Mfou in October 2021.
The 20-year-old striker has netted 11 goals, out of which he has scored two hat-tricks making him the current leading goalscoring in the league after 17 games.
Over the weekend he scored a hat-trick as Kotoko send Accra Lions back to their den in their clash Kumasi. It was his second hat-trick of the season after netting his first in the Ashanti derby against AshantiGold.
His goals have attributed to Kotoko’s impressive run in the league as they occupy the top spot on the league table with six points advantage despite playing one game less.
