ECG team storms Parliament to separate control over obligation

A team of the Electricity Company of Ghana is presently in parliament anticipating flight of the Speaker to leave on a disengagement practice over obligation of the lawmaking chamber.

It is hazy the specific sum Parliament owes the power circulation organization.

On March 14, ECG detached capacity to Terminal 3 of the Kotoka global Airport and different workplaces of the Ghana Airports Company over neglected bills.

The separation practice was attempted after the KIA neglected to pay their obligation to the power dissemination organization.

Sources say KIA owes ECG near GHC49 million.

An endeavor by the managment of the KIA to pay the obligation with a money order when the separation practice was in progress was dismissed by the team.

Power has anyway been reconnected to the Airport organization
