HOT NEWS: Hearts of Oak veteran Sulley Muntari dragged to court by an Italian businessman

Italian business man, Rodrigo Renato Gianno, has dragged former AC Milan and Inter Milan whiz, Sulley Muntari in an Accra High Court to recuperate an obligation of $100,000, asserting the player contracted him to book air tickets and lodgings for the midfielder, his loved ones.

The Italy-based financial specialist ventured out to Ghana this week to make the court move after this player of Accra Hearts of Oak avoided all endeavors to inspire him pay the cash.

This is the financial specialist’s second endeavor to utilize the courts to compel the previous Black Stars player to pay the cash.

Muntari is blamed for rejecting or failing to pay the money manager the expressed sum as checks gave by the footballer were totally dishonored by the banks.

The ex- Black Stars player has not freely answered the lawful cases made by the money manager to the court.

Gianno sued the 2010 Champions League winner at the High Court on Tuesday requesting the installment of €97,320 ($100,000) which he guaranteed the footballer has would not pay him.

Sulley Muntari recently has been absent from the country having missed the Super-Clash last Sunday but returned to training the next morning.

He is expected to as usual, start against lower division side Skyy FC this Thursday in the quarter final of the MTN FA Cup.
