Asante Kotoko midfielder Justice Blay went through a fruitful knee operation on Wednesday and is supposed to return inside a few months.

Blay experienced a terrible knee during Asante Kotoko’s instructional meeting in front of their Ghana Premier League match week 24 game against Hearts of Oak.

Reports has it that, the 30-year-old midfielder went through a fruitful medical procedure to treat the injury and is supposed to be sidelined for quite some time.

Blay has figured out how to show up for Asante Kotoko in the wake of fixing a two-year move to the club from individual Premier League outfit Medeama SC during the GFA’s subsequent round move window.

He has joined Isaac Oppong and youthful goalkeeper Abdul Rafiu Yakubu in Asante Kotoko’s treatment room.
