New Era: Medeama’s President makes a juicy promise ahead of CAF champions league as their million dollars stadium nears completion

Moses Armah ‘Parker’, the President of Medeama SC, the champions of the Ghana Premier League, has assured Ghanaians of a strong performance from the club in the upcoming CAF Champions League competition.
Medeama SC secured their first Ghana Premier League title with an impressive victory over Tamale City, who unfortunately faced relegation. This victory automatically qualifies Medeama as Ghana’s representative in the CAF Champions League.
Despite Ghana’s previous disappointing performances in African inter-club competitions, Moses Armah ‘Parker’ remains confident that his team will restore Ghana’s reputation on the continent. Having built a new stadium which is nearly in completion will make their campaign in the Caf champions league a better one

“We brought in [Evans] Adotey, who was part of our two FA Cup triumphs, and contemplated the possibility of reuniting with him. Now, we have been blessed with the cup,” said Armah, expressing gratitude to the Ghana Football Association (GFA) and Medeama Sporting Club for their support in winning the two FA Cups and the GPL title.

“We are determined to go all out and break the jinx for Ghana to excel in African competitions. Our aim is to put Ghana back on top,” Armah added with enthusiasm.
Medeama’s last appearance in a CAF interclub competition was in 2016, where they overcame strong teams such as Al-Ittihad Tripoli, Al-Ahly Shendi, and South African giants Mamelodi Sundowns to reach the group stage. However, they finished third in Group A, resulting in their elimination.

With their recent triumph in the Ghana Premier League, Medeama SC is eager to make their mark and achieve success in the upcoming CAF Champions League campaign.
