Nine Players arrive in Black Stars camp for Nigeria tie; Partey, Aidoo, Addo, Korsah all among

The Black Stars have initiated arrangements for the exceedingly significant FIFA World Cup last end of season games against Nigeria this month.

Nine of the welcomed players have answered to the camp base of the senior public group of Ghana to start preparing for the urgent matches against the Super Eagles of Nigeria.

Britain based goalkeeper Jojo Wallocott has landed in the West African country for two matches booked to be played from 25th March 2022 and 29th March 2022.

Arms stockpile powerful midfielder Thomas Teye Partey and VfL Bochum assailant Christopher Antwi-Adjei have shown up at the camp base of the group in Accra.

Others players who have shown up in the Black Stars camp incorporate Hearts of Oak protector Dennis Korsah, Edmund Addo of Sheriff Tiraspol, Andy Yiadom from Reading FC and Celta Vigo’s Joseph Aidoo, Gideon Mensah and previous Black Meteors captain Yaw Yeboah.

The welcomed players are expected to travel to Kumasi on Tuesday to proceed with preparations for Nigeria where current Kotoko first choice goalie Danlad Ibrahim will also join.

The first leg comes up this Friday, March 25, 2022 at the Baba Yara Stadium
