Stephen Amankona has to play to our level – Prosper Narteh

Asante Kotoko gaffer, Prosper Narteh Ogum has furiously disclosed that, Stephen Amankona won’t be seen playing for the club until he uplift his performance to the club level.

Amankona joined Asante Kotoko on a three-year bargain from Berekum Chelsea before the beginning of the ongoing campaign.

Reacting to their narrow win over King Faisal, Prosper Narteh believe they player has to improve to warrant a starting place in his team.

“Amankona is trying to get to the level we expect him to play, if you don’t play at the level that we all expect you to play, then that is it.”

“Look at the quality of players there so if you don’t get to that level, that is it.”

Kotoko are now leading the Ghana Premier League with 49 points and will face their arch rivals Hearts of Oak in their next game
