
WAFA is set to pocket €1 million Euros as Man City is on the verge of signing their defender.

Manchester City are set to sign Ghanaian teen defender Henry Oware from West Africa Football Academy in the wake of beating Barcelona, Arsenal, Red Bull Salzburg and Lille to land the teenager.
The English gaints are expected to tie down the 18-year-old’s who is currently waiting for international approval to finish his move.

The City Football Group will paying €1 million (£840,000) to sign the exceptionally evaluated defender from the Ghanaian club WAFA.
The teenager is expected to join City’s sister club Troyes on loan in Ligue 1 since Oware wouldn’t be qualified to play in England.
Oware can’t play for City quickly because of the strict framework for foreign players imposed by the English FA.

The promising center back has been monitored by the City Football scout for quite some time.
The teen was elevated to the WAFA first team at the age of 16 during the second part of the 2020/2021 Ghana Premier League season.
He has played in eight games this season for WAFA.
